Ok...I just saw your layout and made a remark about where you are from! I never looked at your avatar...I just did...I can't believe you are from New Iberia! Don't know why this amazes me so, but it does...that is sooo cool! I have family in Broussard...mind if I stop by sometime? LOL!

Sure, stop by anytime!! Believe it or not I have family in Natchitoches! It is a small world.I also noticed that we are both teachers. I teach elementary, you couldn't pay me enough to step foot in a junior high, LOL!

Susan, just left your blog where I left a ginormous comment. I'm soo amazed that you're from New Iberia...I taught there for five years! We still go there every now and then to see friends. Such a neat little town!

Hi Aphra, I just left my blog and read your comment! It is so awesome to find out that both you and Frances have connections to New Iberia! I love my little town. I can't believe you taught at NISH. My son, Kyle, is a 2009 graduate. I am a graduate of Mt. Carmel, which I wish was still open so that my daughter could attend! Can't wait to continue with your challenges and to keep following the wonderful work you both do!
